@Raydjam21 Nazeri has performances with high pitch voice, perhaps you haven't heard them. However, technically Shajarian is the best of all; both of these are great people. About Eftekhari, I could never find a live concert by him, this is very important, because a singer can be qualified based on his/her performance in live concerts. But, for sure his personality is something that throws him away from the society of artists.
