@AtownPros What can you DO in any house? All houses are used to store your crap and sleep, that's all. So the only way to rank them is by the size and their looks. This house ranks pretty high for a cheap price.

@AtownPros This house is EASILY the best house in the game and 5000 gold is so cheap for it. After you do the quest, the house automatically gets fixed up and looks awesome. So as the second cheapest house in the game it is more than worth it.

@naruakicann I'm sorry I have no idea, so long as you have the hand, the diary and maximum disposition it should work fine. Try either resetting the console or play another save as there could be a bug.

@Eurochew not that high, my character was level 3 as I made a game save especially to do this quest. The difficulty was set to very easy though.

@osbysweden Look through the comments below, i've answered this question so many times, but basically, you forgot to pick up the diary and the skeleton hand from the floor of the living area in the house.

What should I do to kill the enemies quickly? He kills so quickly these ghosts. It depends on what? Character level's, game's level, skills? (I'm on 8 level, have got acrobatic, blades and lots of magic skills over 70 and I kill the enemies soo slowly)

@ultraloret my character is level 5 here, I have the difficulty slider all the way down to very easy (Options -> Gameplay) plus you need either a silver, daedric or enchanted weapon to kill ghosts, all can be found in "Slash and Smash" sword shop in the imperial city market place :)

any enchanted weapon works, as do silver and daedric weapons.

I think every weapon shop has an enchanted weapon for sale, try slash n smash in the Imperial City Market Place. You can also enchant your weapons using a sigil stone obtained from closing an oblivion gate :)

There is an enchanted weapon in most weapon shops, they have a weird name

@Frankthegb just buy silver weapons then, or use deadric weapons, you can also get acces to the arcane university and enchant your own weapons there :D , or scount the land in search of already enchanted weapons... or you could use magic to kill the ghosts.

when you're done you can walk in the sunlight and you'll have all day and night without you have to feed. though this effect will go away when you wait or sleep. now the guy probably will talk to you because he doesn't see you're a vampire.

the best way to do it is to wait untill early in the morning. armand will be asleep since he does his thieves guild stuff. then sneak into his house and when you select armand you'll be able to choose between talk or feed.

if everybody acts like that you should simply do what vampires do, drink blood. the longer you don't drink blood the more vampire you become and at some point people start to notice. the best place to less your thirst is the imperial waterfront, At night try jair's shack and at day try armand christophers house.
