@TheNordbjerg It's a normalized vector obtained from the distance between particle and well position multiplied by the already existent particle movement
@davidamador I have a ParticleEmitter class which begins the spritebatch, loops through the particles and renders them, then ends the spritebatch. No Begin() or End() was called in the Particle.Draw(SpriteBatch _batch)
Very Impressive, is this an existing MS product or based on it or something?
I am quite interested in this for it's HUD tbh, doesn't look to fussy. I'm a programmer and a noob at graphics , so I'd prefer anything other than Photoshop which just fucked up my head with it's 97277262068170180161060*10E^99 options tabs and buttons.
This just amazes me yet really makes me hate youtube at the same time, this video has been on since feb 2010 and nobody has commented! Yet idiots pretending to yap like dogs has loads of people clapping by dumb seals! ARGH! Amazing work mate, I really can appricate what goes into this and it is WELL beyond my c# skills lol, If you have any tutorials, I just like the use of light most likly achieved with alpha?
Would you mind telling me how your particle well works in theory?

How did you achieve that high number of particles? I'm maxed out at 100 :|

@TheNordbjerg that is weird. are you batching drawing or using a Begin() End() for each?

@TheNordbjerg Wow, I am so sorry, I'm maxed out at 4000, it was a bug in meh code, that made it display the wrong value :)

@MrAgnost Hi, sorry for the late reply. The hole HUD is using Neoforce framework. It's not an existing MS product but google it, it's free

@sdtuu Hi there!
Thanks for the comment =)
I achieved that effect by using additive instead of alpha blend. Basically colors in front are added to the colors behind creating this cool effects
