@dajani2007 I just got one for Christmas, its a very nice prop and the possibilities are endless. I wondered that about the lighting myself, but its for stage magic so a little distance really does make all the difference in the world (plus what you do with it: I'm producing a special silk, a wand with a streamer on it, 10 feet of rope, and a king size snicker bar in my current routine)
Why don't you pull the 8 foot pole out of it
