what program you use to capture audio

its just Fraps, that program record audio and video, maybe if you use it but dont get the sound you have configured it bad, which one you use?

i use fraps and i have it set to stereo mixer for the sound...but i have sigmatel sound card and i heard that you cant record audio from pc with that sound card
