With that planet that has that big circular orbit is it anyway possible that life could grow in the short time that the planet was as close to its star as earth is to the sun?

No, that's a fact. It's a fact that no other life has been found; and it's a fact that asserting that life does exist on other planets in our solar system is simply speculation.
Life may well exist there, but it has not been found yet.

Perhaps there are other planets in our solar system that have life....but life has only been found on earth....all else is speculation.
