i've watched almost all your videos :). i was just wondering if you guys could recommend a cheaper, not to high end metal detector? i have no experience whatsoever, never had a detector, to be honest i can't really afford a good one, but if i can find a cheap one online, i'd like to give it a go. great videos btw. thank you for posting them

When you Mark go in the water what machines do you guys use?

@chicagoron61Thats the same machine I use and have use. Next: Generally do you hunt in "Disc" or "Pin Point" mode and what level is do you prefer for the other setting's? I usally run sensitivty in "Auto", Disc on or below 3.

I run in Disc. mode and the wife Pin point mode, she finds smaller pieces and I find more but bigger due to the fact that I'm not digging small iron pieces and covering more ground.

@Nugget907 I never use auto on any machine, you let the machine decide what signals you will dig, I hunt Sen at 7 and Disc at 3 or 4.

@chicagoron61 Thanks for the tip I'll try it . My land machines are Soverign's 1) Is the original Soverign and machine #2 is a Soverign Elite, I also have several other machines including JWFishers.

My problem is I just don't have enough time to get out and use them.
