I feel we all have 'God' or Spirit or Source or Love inside us in our cores - and that God-Source inside us really is our real Selves.

When we re-awaken to our connection to this 'god part' of our selves then we are 'I and my Father are one' and we live automatically in harmony with the Universe around us. I wish this for every being ....

Because I know that will make my world more fun, more loving and easier to live in!

There are some very powerful exercises you can do that take you quickly into realizing a more direct connection with God.

Noticing your 'Inner Body' is one of the best.

Direct prayer to God is the best. Just speak like a Son or Daughter to your parent. Simple but used through the ages as the easiest 'access point'.

I think any large scale teacher cannot impose obvious Miracles on the collective consciousness. That takes away 'free will' i.e. if a teacher would not age for ex. like Babaji - and is out in the public - then there is no choice left for choosing 'not to see' or not to believe. So in my experience 'public' teachers do not impose their powers or miracles on the public but offer enough 'doubt' enough for the mind to be able to dismiss them. God himself/herself does not impose on the collective

If whatever teachings bring a person back to his own inner authority, his own inner teacher, and his own miraculous self then great. But if the teachings focus attention back to the outer teacher, to the extraordinary outer manifestations, to something attained only by someone special then I'm not so sure that's real or healthy. Every time I feel the earths gravity or the sun on my face, that is miracle enough, evidence enough that I am Infinite Being. We all seem to want more "flashy" stuff.
