Are you serious? They are both the same except sixaxis doesnt have vibration, it only has tilt control. Dualshock 3, the newer one has both vibration and tilt control. Since i have been playing with the original sixaxis for a while i've gotten used to no vibration, so personally i wouldnt want to get dualshock 3 and i already have two controllers and there arent many games that can support 4 people.

funny thing is that sometimes i forget that the runble is there, im only getting this controller cause its hevier, the analogs are better and the triggers are improved.I also would rather have rumble rather than the six axis, cause most of the games barely have too parts in the game where you even get to use the six axis (besides Lair)

do not buy a dual shock 3 if you have a jap ps3 because you get limited rumble on a very limited list of games, if you have a european or US ps3 then your in luck you will be able to have dual shock on most games. i am disapointed cause all the jap games compatible are crap....
