@KLunster1 you need three things.. Protein, Carbs and Fats (naturally occurring).. carbs can be found in heaps of stuff other than breads and pastas.. (complex carbs) sweet potatos, pumpkin, lentils, couscous, oatmeal, etc.. so long as you avoid white rice, white bread, white pasta (simple carbs) and if you keep your meals moderately portioned, you probably dont even have to work out to cut weight.. hodgetwins are right when it comes to this shit, they'll break it down for u..

Currently been lifting for 18 months on some hiit. I love the workout and have seen gains in the gym each and every lift. Three day splits between chest/tri, bi/back, then legs. Eating wise my protien intake is flawless and so is my sleeping routine and i couldn't be happier with my gains. Problem/question is this: Do eggs have any negative effects towards my body building? The advise about the low carbos (vegetables) which can be used and the "high" carbos (pasta, potatoes, rise etc.) should be cut to one third. That's my experience. BUT I do two hours heavy tennis in the morning and one hour gym at 2 PM. Without any high carbos I cannot do it. BUT it's true carbos should be limited, how limited, this must be tested for a period of two months.

Hey guys, Question. Now i know about bulking and cutting, Ive been through a ~9 month long cut which i lost 88lbs in, and a 6month bulk where i gained roughtly 15lbs. make sure you take protein with all ur meal. too much carb makes u fat, which covers up ur muscles with fat.

@MYP90X2011 make those abs bigger, its just liek any other muscle, it will get bigger with more weight and loading, thus will become more visible

Hey guys, Question. Now i know about bulking and cutting, Ive been through a ~9 month long cut which i lost 88lbs in, and a 6month bulk where i gained roughtly 15lbs. The thing is, is there a way i could lean bulk better? i dont want to turn into a slob again, but i dont want to gimp myself either, Id really love some advice fellas.

I've seen Flexforall's videos where he's preparing for his contest and the dude still ate a good amount of carbs and was getting ripped. I think one one of his videos where he is on his cutting diet he was eating 250-300 carbs. He was eating whole grains and rice cakes and all that shit, so when you guys say dont eat sweet potatoes to get ripped, you are wrong.

Sorry guys, but you CAN eat startchy carbs. Shit, you can eat chocolate everyday if you want to! Just eat less calories than your body needs and you WILL loose weight. (obviously you need your macros too)

The best beans ever are Fava beans. Just make sure that you can eat them, because some people can get favism. I like them because they are supposed to have L-Dopa in them which will give you good mood, make your mushroom tip hard in the mornings and probably will increase secretion of HGH :)

you said cut out all pasta, bread, rice and potato even if they are complex. you said get around 100g carbs per day. you said eat all green vegetables. you said vegetables have no carbs, you can eat as much as you want. so where does the 100g carbs come from? i need to know because im trying to get from 25%bf to around 12 so i can bulk. my meal plan consists of brown rice, whole grain bread and yams. im confused please reply
