  • do you think roux is faster than CFOP

  • @CubeChampions9999 It is for me...yo. so yes.

  • @cubes4lyfe 10x :))

  • im filipino cool man

  • im never going to be able to solve it without a cheat sheet :(

  • you are soo kind, :D thanx for your videos,i hate using my old methods which was first

    beginner method

    begineer method+f2l

chris dzoan beginner method with f2l,supposingly,my timing should be by then below 1min,but its only below 1:30 T_T so sad..

  • i used petrus for a while, so block building makes some sense to me, but then again, i mostly just find ways to use F2L whenever possible.

  • at that advanced thingy, i dont understand but yeah :)

  • this is so confusing for me

  • at 2:30, there's a way to finish the block off in 4 moves...

You are not brainwashed by CFOP, are you?

  • I wasn't thinking clearly enough D:

CFOP DID THIS TO ME!!!! D:

  • @cubes4lyfe

:).. I know. I had the same thing when I started trying Roux. CFOP brainwashes you. I don't know if that's good or bad.

  • Would be easier if you didn't fade so much. I get it now thanks, and is english your first language because it you talk different.

  • no English isn't my first language

  • @cubes4lyfe tagalog?

  • yessir

  • This is really confusing to someone who hasnt used petrus before. The cube moves around a lot. I suck at block building. And it would help to know which side to keep up and down and stuff like that.

  • man - u're the man! thank u :)))

  • Is it okay to make a 1x2x2 on the left and then a 1x2x2 on the right, then expand these? I don't always do this, just every five or so solves when the right block has an easier case at the moment.

Should I just finish the first block completely every time?

  • i usually finish the first block first since you'll have the most freedom in creating the block. creating a second 1x2x2 will usually limit your moves which isn't good.

  • you do waffle a bit (:-P) but good tutorial :)

  • way to confusing man

  • this is meant for people who are more experienced with the cube. this really isn't a method for beginners

  • im not a beginner but i get it now

  • too many fade outs!

  • Do you make the pairs like you would in F2L?

What's the deal with the M Slice part

    I Use M slice in F2L

But i don't exactly see how you flipped the pieces

  • I don't make F2L pairs. I go straight into the blocks. (usually a 1x2x2 block then expand to 1x2x3)

the concept of block building is something you have to get a hold of yourself. In the video I just show some examples and should not be used as the only means of creating pairs.

Just try it for yourself. Its a block building method so there's not much algorithms for most of it.

The F2L pairs example is just a beginner concept. There's more to it than just that.

  • awesome

  • VERY GOOD!!!
