Kate is a great mom, and it is very impossible to be a good mom to 8 kids AND be a wife...she lost her patience a lot with Jon, I think she looked at him as more of a liability to her than an asset, like he was another kid to run after, maybe? I dont think you can truly understand what is going on in their lives until u walk in their shoes. They r going thru what millions of families go thru, the only difference is that they r goin thru it w every1 watching it. There is no true way to figure out who is the one doing wrong. Jon may have cheated...who truly knows besides him? Kate may be overbearing, who truly knows besides the people who r actually in the situation.

I agree with you, 003rere; I have no doubt that he loves all 8 children and tries to be a good dad to each and every one of them. But it's almost impossible when married to a woman who thinks you can't do anything right unless you do it HER way and only when SHE wants it. I don't watch the show, but I've seen enough on YouTube to realize what a no-win situation Jon is in. I sympathize with him completely and although I can't support his cheating on Kate., I can certainly understand it.
