I also forgot to say that there are also some cars that aren't programed into the game but the mesh and textures are there for them like the M3.

Yo Matt some of the traffic cars as well as the undercover cop cars, the light suv and cut scene cruiser if you are not careful when driving them will crash the game due to the fact they were meant to be AI cars. The same goes for the helicopter if you are using the copter mover.

Also I didn't see the yellow car that kinda looks like a GTO and I didn't see that silver sedan or the green station wagon in this video.

Could you make a video showing the top speed of all these cars?

An easy way to do so is if you get out of the map (such as with Dillano609's master glitch) and then go south of the map so the entire map is north of you and then driving in the empty space in a straight line until you reach top speed.
