I hate this debate over who's better between sid and ovie. Honestly, they both bring great attributes to the table. Crosby plays with intensity, finesse, leadership and jaw-dropping skill. Ovechkin plays with incredible competitiveness, has the best wrist/slap shot in the game right now, and can play really tough/physical game in and game out. It's really a toss-up when it comes to deciding who's better. Perhpas this question can only be answered when their careers come to an end. Go sharks!

I agree (except go oilers) theyre both unreal but in different ways. my opinion is that crosby makes others around him better like a gretzky and ovechkin is a one man machine that came from space. Having said that I can't seem to get as excited about crosby, hes too polished and gives boring interviews, hes too corporate. ovie has tons of personality and I doubt he even understands what hes telling reporters half the time, its hilarious

crosby did most of those amazing things at age 19. and he clearly had a better year last year then ovechkin did this year because his domination of every aspect of the game is simpley better then ovechkin's goal scoring domination. that being said, these 2 are the best players since gretzky and lemieux and their gonna have a sick rivalry through the years. they're both AWSOME

To be able to compare them, we would have to put them in the exact same conditions. They are both AMAZING but so different. People saying that they suck are retards, just look at the stats.wonder who would be the first scorer if Crosby hadn't been hurt. On paper, pens aren't sooo much better than the caps, but Crosby really helped : he made the others work harder so that they can improve and step up their game.for a long term investment, I'd rather have Crosby in my team for his leadership,etc.

pretty much all of those goals are lucky except for the shootout goal. which was nice. This guy just like slops his way around and luckily manages to get the puck in the back of the net, he does all these gay jumps and dives. i hope he gets unjured next time doing that head first.
