@LuKaBaGo No it doesn't have the pre mapped. But I was able to do it very easily. Also my friend just e-mailed me his Serato midi map file and that worked right off the bat.
hey man!! i'm currently using new mac 2.4ghz with 2gb ram! 250gb hard disk n at the same time i had serato, itune and protools goin " to record while i mix" at the same time and still able to scratch n mix like theres no tomorrow no need to get mac pro unless u have money sitting there to burnt then why not!!
wel im switching to traktor..gona use 4 decks..so i gues the macbooks 13" woud clutter up the scren..gues pro is the way to go for me..but thanks alot for ur reply :)
Do you actually own SSL....if you did, you would know that you need the SL1 to effectively use SSL. It's a dongle = won't work without it. Maybe you are thinking of Traktor Scratch.
1 question.... Does serato sl1 have a pre mapped file for the behringer 4000? becuz I know traktor pro does

dude u didnt need to get the breakout box,u can connect ur ddm straight thru to ur laptop running serato
