OK. Here is the news. I spotted images from this concert in another youtube video and asked a girl who made the video if she knew any info about the location. She said one pic had an annotation Konzerthaus Wien, 1979. Could it be true?

Well, I'm pretty sure that this place was a moderate sized concert hall, at the Potsdamer Strasse (at the left side of it, when facing the Nationalgallerie). Can't remember the name of the hall, but it used to be a quite popular place then for alternative concerts in Berlin-West. Hagen, freshly escaped at the time, was repeatedly asked by the audience to sing "Was denn",(a song we all knew from the GDR radio). Good for her, she refused by mockingly answering "Ein anderes Mal, gerne"
