This is an EXTREMELY rare video--perhaps the only copy of its kind in the world. Does anybody know what other songs she performed on this particular "Dusty" show? It's not on the DVD.

I think it's the only recording that's survived from the 16th Sept 1966 Dusty show. Sorry, don't know what other songs she performed on that day. I love it - her voice sounds so dark and funky here.

Terrific. Is it my imagination or is she reading something on her left hand - at 0:15 and 1:30? I heard Lulu say Dusty used to write lyrics all over on her hands cos she couldn't remember them but I didn't think it could really be true!

i wouldnt think it were true! but at 0:15 it really does look like she is reading something off her hand! kinda cute if it is true!

I think it was true. It's hard to remember the lyrics to songs when you're often doing new material, or even old stuff if you haven't done it for a while. I've heard that Dusty was so nearsighted without her glasses that she couldn't use "cue cards" or a "teleprompter". I've also seen her, on other clips, raise her hand up to her face and take a quick glance. It's amazing that she was able to do as well as she did, considering... she must have had a great memory.
