That's odd because the CVP only allocated 10% of the contracted amount of water be delivered to Westlands water district this year, and that was only after the farmers managed to get them to up the original allocation amount, which was 0%.

So maybe 75% or that 10% was delivered (I have no idea where your 75% comes from so I'm not sure) but the 10% comes directly from the California Water District site as well as Newsweek.

But maybe they're all in on this big water scam with Fox news.
