no you're fucking retarded. Helium is an inert gas so it basically does nothing chemically. the "coldness" comes from a rapid pressure drop of the gas. that's what makes it cold.

but have you ever thawed meat? do you know how long it takes things to change temperature?? it would take you hours to freeze a human that way...
