I had a cat named Mork years ago, and he sounded like this. He was orange and white as well. He'd drool from the mouth, and drip from the nose when he got excited. His sister was named Mindy as in "Mork and Mindy" the TV show. They were born on July 4 1977 when I was just under a year old. They died days apart in 1997. They were great friends of mine for twenty years. Great video!
my tortie (Missy) does this when she is crazy happy. For some strange reason she enjoys the vet. I moved to a new city and first time I took her to the vet there, first thing they said was she sounded like a raccoon. My baby is now reaching almost 15. I know she doesnt have many years left in her, I sure am gonna miss that purr.
oH MY GOD!! i looked forever tryin to find a cat that sounded like my Terminator who i grew up with. (your cat looks a lot like my Merlin-- but his purr is similar to Terminator. -- "Squrim" as we'd nickname--would sound like Seamus but would do an accending scale each time.. and if we imitated him--he'd get louder and higher up the scale.. it was awesome. love the vid! :)
