This doesn't match the official sheet music. Some notes are missing, there are extra notes, and wrong chords.

What the hell's that supposed to mean? This is the same sheet music used for the Piano Collections and Advent Children recordings. It can't be better than the official sheet music because the official sheet music is perfectly accurate. You make no sense.

Piano Collections Tifa's Theme and Advent Children Tifa's Theme are the same song. If you mean the original, that was for an orchestra sans brass section.
