Ok you do have beautiful hair...but Pantene is filllled with sylicone!!!! When you use this on THICK hair it works miracles. But the downfall is that...when you dye your hair, the dye doesn't grab on to your hair properly because of the syclicone, so it slips off the minute u wash your hair, it basically washes out your color faster. Which effin sucks if u ask me. If u want a really good shampoo use BED HEAD hurrahing shampoo it's amazing!!

I always have that problem where you tell the stylist to cut a LITTLE bit off your hair, and you come out with 4 inches off...it's so frustrating! I never let her touch my hair now with scissors and I just trim it myself because it's actually easier than you think!

one n only argon oil makes great shampoos and conditioners as well! They make phosphate and sulfate free ones that are SO good for color treated hair and are very gentle. haha Milo helped make the video :)

If you trim your hair every 12 weeks it will stay healthy and the stylist won't need to cut off a big chunk of length. When you go several months w/o a trim the ends get split, dried and frazzled and then they do have to give it a good whack. Just like 1/2 inch every 12weeks which is so little you won't notice but it will stay pretty. :-)

Quick Tip: I have long thick hair as well and used to go through tons of conditioner. I switched to sulfate free shampoo..CHANGED MY LIFE! The sulfate actually dries out your hair, so by using sulfate free you get twice the moisture that you would normal get and you don't go through as much conditioner. Hope this helps :)

A lot of people think higher end/higher priced shampoos & conditioners don't really differ from drugstore brands but these shampoos (especially Pantene) don't actually get "into" your hair to help it, it just masks around the hair like a cover & gives the illusion of healthier hair. It does feel lovely but it's really just building up more & more of a mask around it rather than helping. It's definitely worth buying higher end products although it does suck paying heaps for 1 tube of shampoo :)

I love pantene but I don't use it because I do know it has a ton of wax in it. I have been on a sulfate free, paraben free fix to basically get rid of any trace amounts of sulfate and wax build up.

Pantene is HORRIBLE for your hair. It has wayyyy too much wax in it. To test this out pour some conditioner in a cup, let it sit for about an hour, and you'll see the wax seperate from evreything else. hahahhaha
