Well if a lot of people play games on Intel GMA or with other old Integrated Cards and have 1gb or 2gb ram and can play a lot of games actually in low detail , just that a lot of people think that FPS under 30 is bad when games are playable to some people with 14-24FPS.. Quite sad if people don't know how to make good & cheap self made PC :(
TERA's gonna be great imo...to answer you two though, the game is currently in closed beta for korea and has no known date for any transfer over to north america/europe, and yeah you can change your races sex, there have been minor pictures of male catan (the one with horns) but that's about it on that so far so it's not for sure.

The scheduled open beta release is in Q4 2010. So likely November, so after Cataclysm comes out and sucks, we can all go play this amazing game :)
