I read this bill it expands mostly wealthfare and medicaid for native Americans and encourage people to invest in electric cars. HOW the hell does that stimulate the economy?

It is not meant to stimulate anything but the special interest groups who supported Obama. Yes native americans contributed greatly to Obama's campaign. Obama is a Chicago crook. I know I live here. You can't go anywhere unless you sell out.  Obama received a 300,000 cut on his house price from Rezko. Most politicians would be in jail. But no our messiah.
