Let's get something straight all of Marvel has started sucking way before Disney took over, and even before Captain America (R.I.P.) was killed. Marvel has lost it's way since Stan Lee resigned as director. I for one am actually surprised Disney would want to own the biggest affiliate of Playboy. I mean Stan Lee and Hugh Hefner are actually real good friends. And now that Playboy doesn't work with Marvel anymore the cartoons are probably gonna suck anything but cock.

His mother's name is Madelyne Pryor, and she's a clone of Jean Grey. And you're kind of stretching it on the Wolverine "beating his ass" thing. Cable and Wolverine have never really fought, and if they did Cable would probably win, even without his powers. Cable with full access to his powers was able to wreck a lot of people, and only the Silver Surfer could stop him. And without most of his powers he's still a formidable street-level hero.
