  • I was there

  • 1 person is below the Beatle on the food chain.

  • wow nice clothes :S

  • the early days of the beatles had a bunch of square immature girls

  • This is funny cause thats exactly what we Bieber fans say to the guys who hate him now haha. I guess some things never change lol.

  • @MusicAndAmbientGay Haha that made me laugh. You cant compare the jonas brothers to the Beatles. The Beatles are much greater, and talented in every way. <---just my opinion

  • @Ecclipze

No it's not just an opinion, it can easily be scientifically proven.

  • @MusicAndAmbientGay Phahaha you WISH :D

  • cool vid i like the hat and sunglasses the girls are wearing i saw a hat like that at a store yesterday but they didn't have my size :( poopy

  • This is a great clip, and very rare. I've never seen it! Thanks for posting it!

  • @darbykat Many thanks ... yeah, those teens were so cool! :-)

  • Oooh this is SO cool! I love love love seeing old stuff like that! I find it so interesting how hair, speech, demeanor (sp?) has changed. "We came anyhow!" "Don't your parents OBject to you spending your time this way?" "She didn't like that too well!" Ahhh I'm 18 and I just find that stuff fascinating. Time really does fly by....

  • they look good the girls do

  • GOOD OLD TIMES....

  • omg its so cool haha those girls (witch they where at that time xD) remind me a bit of myself and the band that I Love hahaha awesome fans :D

  • Awsome!

  • I tell ya, I'd probably be the luckiest son of a bitch on the face of the earth if that did it for me.

  • Which show were they getting ready see? Shea? DC?

  • I love all the Lennon hats (I have one too haha). This is the first time I've ever heard a fan describing the Beatles as having "brains". I don't think many girls thought of them that way back then, and it's nice to see one of them recognize it.

  • aww.. I wanna be famous.. and be adored like that.

  • What really? They don't know you. Uuuugh, I like the Beatles music but celebrity culture drives me mad.

  • Could you the travesty that would befall mankind if the Beatles canceled a gig? There would have been mass rioting.

  • This is just precious!

  • I WOULD KILL TO BE THERE.

  • I used to dress like those girls with the buttons, and Lennon hat just to go to school. I was/am still a real Beatles nut.

    This is such great footage!

  • Thanks!

Yeah, it's a cool look, esp. if you had a hat, buttons *AND* sunglasses!

    :-)

  • Let me tell you the difference between the girl Beatles fans then and the boy Beatles fans then. The girls loved them. They of course loved their music too but the attraction was physical, sexual and romantic. They screamed for them hysterically and dreamed about them.

The boys however loved their MUSIC. They loved them too but in a hero worship sort of way.

Boys hate boy bands. Wich proves the Beatles were not a boy band. If a bands music is not good then boys couldn't care less about them

  • Very funny and interesting.

  • Sorry sweeetie, Jonas fans are NOTHING like this. When the fans are fainting; cutting there wrist and hurting themsevles in order tho get JB attention, sneeking into their hotel rooms and stealing there stuff; ripping and cutting out JB hair (from there heads!); sending death threats to their girlfriends; ripping up there sheets; pulling the clothes off there back; throwing things on stage; bursting vocal cords from screaming; staying uot infront of the hotel for DAYS just to cacth a glimps;

  • @ponypride111 the fans send death threats to the beatles girlfriends? to who?

  • @bluemoon4111

Eh there's physco "fans" who send death threats to basically any artists's husband or wife. There's a hate/death wish club for the wife of Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day.

Everyone here seems to hate Yoko Ono so i'm not surprised people would send death threats.

  • (cont)running away from home to go to a concert; and so much more like

Beatles fans, then you could tell me the hype over them is close to Beatlemania. The JB will never go though what the Beatles did. The JB fans will go though what Beatles fans still are going though. The love isn't there. The Jonas Brothers could never even take what the Beatles went though. What I just discribed to you is the pretty side of Beatlemania, and I don't the jonas brothers would like to go though it as a band.

  • noooooo way

  • are the beatles really worth all this trouble?

    HECKYES!

  • I have this footage from a bootleg I borrowed from a friend but the quality on this is better. I believe these interviews took place before their concert in Pittsburgh on September 14th.

  • Yes, I you're totally correct.

I did some research on this clip and it appears that it was shot in Baltimore, Maryland on September 13, 1964. The TV station WMAR filmed the fans outside the Civic Center.

The next day, September 14th, the Beatles played in Pittsburgh.

  • Thanks for the confirmation. Got any more rare Beatles clips? I would love to see them.

  • Hi, thanks ...

I'll see what new Beatles footage turns up.

  • Precious youth...precious teen years..this is a really well lived innocent youth so different from today......

  • You are so right... Those teens made history!

  • "Yeah Yeah Yeah'..."Yes it is" thanks 4 ur comment and this clip kick ass.

  • LOVE the buttons on the girls' shirts! Some of 'em fetch a lot of money nowadays.

  • Hope they didn't throw them away...
