The Sacred stones (ambassador program) has brought me here xD I love the gameplay soo much!!!!! I can play it for hours and they give all the characters some story and make me feel as though I know them to the point I get sad when I lose a character D; lol so I've seen the video but should I get this or will it be over powering unless I get the GC game?

@riachupwns You'll understand and enjoy the story better if you play Path of Radiance. Plus, you can use your GameCube memory card to boost the stats of your favorite characters in Radiant Dawn. But I'm with you, the game is pretty rare and very expensive since it didn't have a very large print run. But if you like it, it's well worth the money.

Aww, yeah! My absolute favourite game on Wii, the very reason I bought a Wii, and most likely the most underrated game on Wii to date. This game is awesome, and it's the only one I know that utilizes the GameCube-Wii compatibility in a smart way with the stat boosts for your favourite characters from Path of Radiance, I don't know any other games that utilize this feature. Are there any?

@GuitarT7 ha ha ill agree there. the mercianaries i can live without though because they were not in por. as for the beserker class it would have been nice. i think thats the reason why largo isnt a playable character because there is no beserker class, but yet they put in the effort to make bandits....hmmm

The Fire Emblem series is amazing. Easy to learn and hard to master. I wish they'd do a reboot if sorts or SOMETHING where they used this system. Something where they kicked up the presentation a notch.

A character who gets killed is gone.....that makes sense strategically speaking, but i'm willing to bet that give new players a shock.

My question about that feature is how that affects the storyline. Would the storyline be different if a certain character is killed or....? It would be great if someone could elaborate.

@rocknrollmustlive i've played through the game twice and all i can say is that only characters can die when they have nothing to do with the story

of course everyone can die but if for example ike who is one of the main characters, dies, you have to start the mission over.

Except for a few bonuses, for which some charcters have to live (for example: Someone can get a sword later, which everyone can use, but you don't get it when that character is dead) it doesn't make a difference

@rocknrollmustlive there are suttle differences if someone dies. for instance. lets say neasela dies on the first tower level apostle sanaki will get the blood pact for him (or if you didn't bring him along) also they dont give a narration of the character in the end if they died or you didnt recruit them.
