These aren't the only scenes that were cut out of this episode.... the extended version on the DVD is almost an hour long... there were amazing bailey scenes left out and one hell of a cute scene with Callie and Arizona operating on that little girl while the kid was awake.... but I gotta admit that those left-out Mark and Lexie scenes were the best ones they cut and I am very sad they did. But the extended episode as a whole makes so much more sense than the TV version..
