@RJ8812 becz they messed him up hes not a physical defensemen and the flyers tried making him one and it messed up his skills..plus do a little more research flyers GM said he has all the skills in the world if only he understood english and could speak it he would be able to use all his skills..and looks like he understands english better now with the Canes...Also Tampa Bay shouldnt have traded that pick becz Pitkanen would have been great for Tampa's System..
