people in Europe roll completely different :p I'm from Belgium and I always roll with a quarter of tobacco to make it burn better, so my order of rolling is:

1. take a paper and spread (just a tiny bit) grinded rolling tobacco in it

2. spread your fine grinded weed over it

2. Spread some more grinded rolling tobacco over it (again, just a tiny bit)

3. roll a bit so nothing falls out

3. put in your crutch (I always make a W or a spiral in it)

4. Roll it nice and tight
