You only get one to start with and you get a 2nd at level 20 after doing a special mission. You can also try to get the 4 Halloween Salvage pieces at WW and visit the witch in Croatoa. I know this makes no sense to you now, but play the game, ask a few people and you'll get it in no time. In total, you can have up to 5 costumes per character.

LOL, well first off, those costumes were all on the same character and not permanent. I used them long enough to record it, then changed them. To actually ANSWER your question...lol. Other than the emotes, I think they are only doing a Mad Scientist costume set. If they DO do anything else similar to the Mission Teleporter or along those lines, I do not know.

Ok, two questions. First do you know of anything else going in the science booster besides the two emotes and second, How many of those costumes got genericked ;P . Thankz for the info.
