As a kid i had all the joys of what pleasure a few pennys could bring as to candy. My Father would send me to the store wanting a quart of milk a package of smokes and said bring home the change. I always spent the pennys. I belive the General Agreement on Tarrifs in trade made the US and Canada greater tradeing partners then. After seeing NAFTA which we were all warned about and watched in Horror as we Lost Big Time while CEOs who moved Pacific Rim got Millions in Bonus and Wages.
