it is a normal OTE and Denfi 800 gram javelin..

very nice javelin group!it seems a bit cold in Croatia we are still in t-shirts keep on training catch 77.80 norm!One question-did you ever have had an elbow problem?I dont think that only can happen from bad throws..

well, it is very cold in denmark now. But it is ok.. I only had a elbow problem my first year of throwing, beacause I threw with my arm instead of with the body.. poor technique back then..
