I'm from brasil and love bodybuiding and think that the best body's are from the 70,s and 80's...pehaps a combination of the training..diet and moderate use of steroids gave these results that you dont't see anymore..thin waist, beautiful biceps...no freaky delts that make the biceps small..very pleasing bodys to the eyes.....althoug arnold was huge, he still had that lanky kind of body...mantained his DNA...nowadays everybody looks the same...could you give me name of the song at the begining.
i dont have half those places near me. all i have is mcdonalds, burger kind, taco bell, subway, kfc, chinese places, nd pizza places. are there good meals at those places, plz anyone respond.
Ric please reply: I drink 0.660 gallons(2.5 l ) of milk per day! the milk is directly from the cow,no boil,no anything! do you think it's bad or good?
@ricdrasin Tanks you for you're reply Ric:) i always tought that milk is high proteins,good for bone and good for growth but instead of buying milk i will start buying more chicken breast :) Actualy now i don't drink water at all! i drink only milk....maybe my muscle need's more water than milk:)
My diet consists of things like tuna, pasta, rice, potatoes, beef, cheese, gallons of milk, etc -- all full of carbs and protain. Except I am a web developer and don't do gym, so my belly is getting fat. Before I hit 30, I could eat all that stuff no problem. I've always had a natural bulk (good genetics), but now at 35, I am looking in the mirror and thinking: "oh my". I can see the belly starting to grow. I don't want to stop eating that stuff, so I have decided to work out so I don't get fat!
Thanks for this update Rick. I've been struggling to keep away from breads, and carbohydrates in general. I've been a bad boy in regards to the junk food (well not that bad as I avoid the fries), but I still eat it with the bun. This update is great in that it gives me the motivation to get back on track. It's hard as hell!

Every Sunday me and the lads are down at either KFC or Subway. Monday we feel like crap but by Sunday we're back on top form, haha.
