He had great charisma with the two and RVD tried to get him hired by WWE but they wouldn't since they don't use managers. He did come out with him during One Night Stand 2005 and celebrated with him in the ring when he won the WWE title at One Night Stand 2006

@aspey99 I have to add to this comment. I think RVD is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He had charisma, as you say. He never had to get enraged to make his persona, on the mic. He was so great that all he had to be was himself. He was one hell of a draw, great look, and his ring performance was unearthly. He called himself after Jean-Claud Van Dam, and no one took even the slightest exception to this because he was THAT awesome. He was the whole show like he always says.

God it was just comedic gold. Give Taz, RVD or Shane Douglas a mic and you were guaranteed some groundbreaking stuff. God I miss ECW

To be honest Fonzie's whistling used to get on my nerves, especially during matches. It kinda took your attention by the ever so slightest from the match and it was goddamn grating on the ears.
