@settlepo I hope you know about the second game Jet Set Radio Future and the third Ollie King. JSRF for XBOX original, Ollie King for arcades in Japan only.

JSRF is the best of the three, JSR being the 2nd best, however they are all the greatest three games ever made, being the worst of the three would be an honor.

@MarcusHahnemannIt's the only other game Smilebit made while it was still called Smilebit, it makes sure you know it's by the same people who made Jet Set Radio on the flyer,and it has all the same music.I know the music wouldn't be any evidence, considering Sonic Rush music and JSR music were both by Hideki Naganuma, but it's not just the same style, it's the exact same songs.The only reason why it doesn't follow the story is because it's an arcade instead of a console game, why its unheard of

@MarcusHahnemann It's completely affiliated with Jet Set Radio, it's just arguable whether or not it's actually Jet Set Radio 3. I'm sure it would be if it was planned to be a console game, but since it wasn't, there really isn't much of an answer to that. It's just an arcade game called Ollie King, but what it should have been is JSR3, so I see it as the third, because it's the last thing that has anything to do with JSR before they quit JSR and changed from Smile bit to Sega Sports R&D

It doesn't matter if you say it is because it's not opinion! :S It has nothing to do with JSR and doesn't follow any of the same storylines. It was developed by the same people and is cell-shaded; that's it's only connection. Oh and the type of music.

Garam's Theme (This) Plays in Benten and He is Challenged in Kogane

Mew's Theme Has been Played in Kogane, but she is challenged in Benten

@Gaomon752 The japanese version "Jet Set Radio" is all messed up and full of bugs, "Jet Grind Radio" is the correct final version of the game. Japan then released an equivalent to Jet Grind Radio called De La Jet Set Radio which is basically the US / PAL version with added languages depending on which your dreamcast is using.
