Thank you, sir! I'm so amazed that dried beans are still alive! That proves to me more that they are a great source of nutrients. You've inspired me to start eating fresh beans as opposed to the canned ones.
can you eat them like that right out of the jar, or do you still have to cook them? do you cut the sprouts off the beans or just eat the whole bean plus sprout? thanks in advance
@eyeraker You can eat them right out of the jar! I buy sprouted mixes from farmers market all the time. Don't cut the sprouts they're the healthiest part!
Thanks so much for posting this. I'm going to try it. You make it look easy. :-) Did you buy the special "sprouting" jar, or did you make it yourself?
So this just produces SPROUTED BEANS or grains, right? Not BEAN SPROUTS or RADISH SPROUTS. You have to do more to get yourself a mess of "alfalfa sprouts," etc., right?
I would like to sprout nuts and seeds. Can you recommend where I should purchase them or actually what I should be looking for (raw peanuts??). I should assume that I can't use roasted and salted ones haha. I have gone to the website but i'm still not to clear on it.
I'm am so tickled that I found this video. My husband and I first tried sprouted beans from a farmer's market in Washington state last year. They even had ones that were roasted. I haven't been able to find them and now I know how to make them! Thanks!!!
why do you have a signature on your hand?

Thanks! Just what I wanted to know. Bean sprouts are highly alkaline. Hope your water is filtered, though.
