My dad used to say that in front of the mirrror before shaving and I always thought that this line that always made me laugh was his inspiration! Even though it came as a shock to me when I saw the Taxi Driver for the first time (it felt like realizing that Santa Claus doesn't exist xD), I think it was TOTALLY worth it, as it's one of the best movies I've ever seen!
