Guys, its MODDED. Which means he paid ALOT of money to get this made-(modded). Modded is like modified, which means he modified his ps3 into a PC. Its complex, long to establish, and expensive to even get. I know a guy that wasted 2 grand just to modd his ps3 into a PC. Its dope, yet wastefull.
