In their albums ,they always have this distinctive sound.Great band.I think they don't sound like ISIS or Cult of Luna, maybe some influences.

Really the first (full) cd is best than second, you know their Ep? Is very "harsh", sound more a metalcore band. But the Callisto´s first Cd is a master piece.

the first EP and first LP are the best, indeed. The 2nd album is still good, but a bit boring..

Gotta love Noir. I'm a bit worried about the new vocalist. He's nowhere even near where Markus is in his vocal works.

Yes, Callisto have some (many) influences from ISIS.

i think not even Neurosis or any other band like that are as similar to ISIS as this one. nice stuff. too bad their second album changed more towards post-rock, i miss the harsh parts

But yeah it would be worth dying in theyr concert :) They are just soooo awesome, and new vocalist live is great also, but my favorite album always will be Noir
