Right behind tyhe Malone house was some barracks that had not been used for quite awhile. There was some places no one was supposed to know about and accidentally walked in on one floor-not in the hospital-but they were dealing with dead people. Constitution Drive is a strange place. I've been there many times and what's weird about it is that the rest of Allentown is completely built up in a massive sprawl, but Constitution Drive and the area around it are completely devoid of life. I've heard all sorts of urban legends about the place, from it being built on ancient sacred ground to a family of albinos living in the woods, to a mythical vampire house home to psychic undead. There's definitely something... evil on Constitution Drive...
@spudsydog I know that everything is built up in Allentown except for Constitution Dr. I heard that a man escaped from Allentown State Hospital and laid down on the tracks and there were 2 cops there as he was run over and his torso was decapitated. However, he was still alive for a little and asked the cop for a cig. He shortly transferred. I can't find anything in the Morning Call. Something had to occur there.

i believe this is real. i was very skeptical of all the rumours of const. drive until i drove down it for myself late at night a few days ago. i heard the sound of a train braking as i passed the railroad, followed by a person screaming, but the train was not running. this was right after the damage from the snow, so i had to turn around because a big tree was knocked over. afterwords in the rearview, we saw a bright orb of light that was not there b4. tons of creepy shit there. i had chills
Hm...That's hard to tell if it's a hoax or not. I believe I noticed that man reappear multiple times, but for all we know the video could be edited. I don't hold a decision on that as of yet. I personally would love to go to Constitution Drive. I also happen to live in Allentown.

People just love to shun ghost videos, which I can understand seeing as how you can't believe most of what's on youtube these days. BUT, being a PA resident my whole life, I can honestly say that PA is one of the most haunted places ever, next to MA, NY, NJ, CA and VA.
@SorrowfulLesson I have many paranormal vids and I never manipulated them in anyway. I agree that PA is one of the most haunted areas. "Demon Captured at Katie's Church" has had the most paranormal activity of them all. You can clearly see this demon in the abandoned church upstairs window and the EVPs are audible. I've had this demon/entity follow me home. One sub hears EVPs of this spirit on other vids.

Sorry, most decidedly not haunted. The guy that supposedly died there on the tracks, I can't seem to find any evidence of this happening. I'm still pretty skeptical that you saw anything BUT somebody walking their dogs. Just because the dogs were looking the other way doesn't MEAN anything. It's Salisbury Twp. There's some WEIRD people there, not ghosts.
@FrldngBob Check out the vids to the right and please watch, "Constitution Drive" by Navenfaux. He captured an apparition which moved at the railroad tracks. The best video I have is, "Demon Captured at Katie's Church." There is an audible EVP which you will hear and you will see a clear apparition in the top back window of the church. It actually moves and reappears again. It's abandoned. There is no way to get in. There are bars on the windows and a steel door.
@bebeynkenyc The man I saw wasn't human. He was standing off the ledge. The dogs even looked the other way when I drove by. That's not normal. You can even watch Navenfaux's vid and you can clearly see an apparition moving by the train tracks.

I walked that road every morning and night for 18 years, through snowstorms and darkness. Through Kratzers and Dikerts area. Never a ghost! Stop doing drugs! The pigs patrol more now than ever, that's why nobody hangs there! People are afraid of tour bad hair day! YIKES!
@xJenniferOwenx I did too and I heard that as I was actually there. I was thinking the bark didn't fit the size of the dogs. I've heard dogs debarked, but they wouldn't have that high pitched bark. What else is strange is the dogs look the other way as I'm driving by. This isn't normal. I've been back out at night and you can hear EVPs and see this orb go by when I ask to give me a sign. There's this screeching that is always there and no trains. The tree branches grow downwards too.

It's by Navenfaux and you can clearly see an apparition which moves right down at the train tracks. Try and debunk it.

I've been there several times. The second time was at night and you can clearly hear the EVPs that we captured. You can also see an orb. There is this screeching which I tried to debunk and even with an engineer and we couldn't. There wasn't a train and this screeching is heard by many who have been there.
He look real to me too, but last week I was walking my dog in heavy rain and saw a man digging in his garden. I thought it was odd due to the weather and was thinking of saying something about that when I passed him......he vanished and wasn´t there anymoore. @JerryLehane3 I can definitely tell if an entity is evil. This place at night also has evil spirits. Often teens conjure them up and they don't realize what they are doing. I have stopped going to Constitution Dr. after a Demonologist told me that I shouldn't go anymore. At the Stanley Hotel there are spirits, but they aren't evil.

This man appears to be standing off the cliff or very close to it. I was traveling fast and that could be why he didn't appear like an apparition. I think of a fan in motion. My family owns property on Constitution Drive. It has been in the family a very long time home. I too heard of the childhood tale of the Albino. However, it wasn't in the woods on the hill, it was in the storm drain down near what we referred to as "the frog pond". Goes to show how stories change over time. The land down the road used to be an indian reservation, and the land was developed to house workers from the local manufacturing industry. Naturally - dead end roads are creepy.

Someone left me a message saying that the man escaped from Allentown State and laid down on the tracks while a train was coming. Two cops were there to witness it. He was cut in half at the torso, but he was still alive and asked for a cigarette. I don't know if this is true.

I know for myself me & my boyfriend would always drive on Constitution Drive always at night and i have to say it is very scary...I always would leave him drive my 1974 Dodge Challenger, this is when i was in my 20's & i haven't been back there in many years....anyway's my boyfriend at the time use to always take me back there to scare the heck out of me about the Albino Man, what he woul do is stop in the middle of the road open up his side of the car door and i would be there screaming madly.

They're prob not familiar w people from PA -how they're prob the more honest than most .But we also know real ghosts coz PA is one of the earliest settled places in America. It's more likely to host more spirits with so much history and loss of life from all the early wars. If anyone doubts this, spend a night at the Gettysburg battlefield! I walk that road at night and I find it very peaceful. It's all about your frame of mind. If you expect to see something you'll see it. If you expect to have a peaceful time while enjoying natures beauties, you'll experience that too.

As a kid, my friends and I covered every square inch of that area, on foot, for years. That entire area was our stomping ground. Then as teenagers, we normally drove through there at night, for kicks, trying to scare each other with supposed visions of someone up in the hillside. We used to have stories of the Albino Man that lived up in the hills, and kidnapped little kids. There is nothing up there, but trees and old junk scattered around.
@Tophersky I was there at night twice. I captured EVPs and they are on here. No, it's evil. I've been there with a mathematician/Engineer and he heard the screeches of a train that isn't there. We tried debunking this and he couldn't.

I watched this video because I know some people that live in that area. The Dogs you see are being walked by a friend of mine. Just about everyday you will see someone walking those dogs because they live on Constitution Dr. They are a Black and white pitbull and a minature pincer. I can tell you that the images here are not ghosts. That aside, there are hauntings back there and at night you will see specters romaing. They are evil, demonic beings that can hurt you.

How old is the legend? Perhaps the legend came about from this guy being a semi-common sight from people driving through? It doesn't take much for teens to embelish a simple experience and give it a twist to make a nice story for their friends. J ust tossing out an idea. Certainly interesting the lack of motion that the man, and especially the dogs display. He doesn't appear to be watching your car, as one would expect if he was simply waiting for you to pass so that he could cross the road.

I have been there literally over 50 times. Never saw anything paranormal whatsoever. The creepy noises are from the huge train yard directly across the river. Me and 3 of my friends got stuck down there for about 7 hours one night. We were off roading and got stuck in a HUGE ditch with the Jeep. Some people won't even get out of the car down there and we were walkin around at night for hours.

I have been down this road several times, after the last time a few years ago i will NEVER go back!! I had never seen anything out of the ordinary except the last time, a guy jumped out of the woods in front of our car and then just disappeared, when we went down to turn around in the same spot she just did, we were chased by a bunch of "things", not sure if they were people or the albinos that are said to live there
My friend and I live near it and we used to ride bike over there all the time and never seen a thing! But what we have seen is the house in the middle and its kinda fuckin creepy man. We also seen the guy that lives in the house and we even rode bike with him too once. I still wouldn't trust him though! And the albino thing is bullshit so don't believe anybody about that, trust me!
Ok I live by there and it is by no means haunted. There is a guy that lives on that road and he owns dogs and frequently takes them for a walk there. Consty is a fun place to go 4-wheelin but not to catch ghosts.. sorry to burst everyones bubble. Also there are no albino's on that road and no ghosts hanging from a tree either so everyone in that area that has heard those other ghost stories.
I know what captured and felt in my other vid when I went there at night. The EVPS were clear when I played the video back. It's not a good spirit. It said 3x, "I COME FROM DARKNESS." I don't know what kids conjured up out there, but I am going to tell you to be careful. I don't want to hear that you had an accident out there. Trust me. I'm telling you the truth.

I've been here more than a few times, ironically never during the day lol, and never saw or heard anything unusual. i felt strange being there of course, and always turned around at the train tracks. i was once there with someone who said he has seen an old bus's ruins somewhere up in the woods near the tracks, but I've never had the chance to look myself. but maybe you'd like to!

You were picking up on his presence. I went there at 10 p.m. one night too and videotaped it with clear EVPS. I didn't hear them at the time, but when I listened to the video, they were clear. "I come from darkness," "I'm not wet."
I used to smoke blunts (whilst skipping school) on Constitution Dr. I *never* saw anything out of the ordinary. I did hear stories of the albino family which supposedly lives back there...
I'm not sure if it was the son or whoever, but he used to run down the alley behind my old house ( we used to live on South Front Street). I'd say hi to him in passing, and he'd smile and wave. Either he was normal and friendly, or he was just glad I wasn't running him over with my rollerblades, I never knew for sure. But I'll take a stab in the dark and say he was nice.

i believe this is real. i was very skeptical of all the rumours of const. drive until i drove down it for myself late at night a few days ago. i heard the sound of a train braking as i passed the railroad, followed by a person screaming, but the train was not running. this was right after the damage from the snow, so i had to turn around because a big tree was knocked over. afterwords in the rearview, we saw a bright orb of light that was not there b4. tons of creepy shit there. i had chills

Hm...That's hard to tell if it's a hoax or not. I believe I noticed that man reappear multiple times, but for all we know the video could be edited. I don't hold a decision on that as of yet. I personally would love to go to Constitution Drive. I also happen to live in Allentown.

"Demon Captured at Katie's Church" has had the most paranormal activity of them all. You can clearly see this demon in the abandoned church upstairs window and the EVPs are audible. I've had this demon/entity follow me home. One sub hears EVPs of this spirit on other vids.

I'm still pretty skeptical that you saw anything BUT somebody walking their dogs. Just because the dogs were looking the other way doesn't MEAN anything. It's Salisbury Twp. @FrldngBob Check out the vids to the right and please watch, "Constitution Drive" by Navenfaux. He captured an apparition which moved at the railroad tracks. The best video I have is, "Demon Captured at Katie's Church." There is an audible EVP which you will hear and you will see a clear apparition in the top back window of the church. It actually moves and reappears again. It's abandoned. There is no way to get in. There are bars on the windows and a steel door.

I come down here all of the time, and every time I walk through I have the strangest feeling to find the guy with one leg and the dogs, and give him flowers. @xJenniferOwenx I did too and I heard that as I was actually there. I was thinking the bark didn't fit the size of the dogs. I've heard dogs debarked, but they wouldn't have that high pitched bark. What else is strange is the dogs look the other way as I'm driving by. This isn't normal. I've been back out at night and you can hear EVPs and see this orb go by when I ask to give me a sign. There's this screeching that is always there and no trains. The tree branches grow downwards too.

@yoooalexxx You shouldn't be so close minded. You can't hear Electronic Voice Phenomena(EVP) unless you have a digital recorder, or a camcorder. Yes, it does go to Fountain Hill but I turned around. I went all the way through at night and I do have a vid on YT. Also, check the vid response of this. It's by Navenfaux and you can clearly see an apparition which moves right down at the train tracks. Try and debunk it.

@yoooalexxx If you're replying to the man in the road with the 2 dogs who look the opposite way as I approach, I can definitely tell you this wasn't edited. Go to the forums about this place. I've been there several times. The second time was at night and you can clearly hear the EVPs that we captured. You can also see an orb. There is this screeching which I tried to debunk and even with an engineer and we couldn't. There wasn't a train and this screeching is heard by many who have been there.

He look real to me too, but last week I was walking my dog in heavy rain and saw a man digging in his garden. I thought it was odd due to the weather and was thinking of saying something about that when I passed him......he vanished and wasn´t there anymoore. That is the third time I have seen apparitions as real as living ppl. Just wanted to share.

The man was obviously real and just walking his dog.I saw the apparition and it was definitely NOT human or spirit-like at all.e looked closer to a grey alien,or a BROWN.Just out of phase with our vibration,but he faced forwardstraight across the road yet his eyes veered stronly RIGHT in your direction(passing car).The eyes were ROUND/not gray alien style.I emphasize NOT human/Not spirit,yet very present,and you are smart to pick up on a probable evil entity who is probably not alone out there.

I have stopped going to Constitution Dr. after a Demonologist told me that I shouldn't go anymore. At the Stanley Hotel there are spirits, but they aren't evil.

This man appears to be standing off the cliff or very close to it. I was traveling fast and that could be why he didn't appear like an apparition. I think of a fan in motion. My family owns property on Constitution Drive. It has been in the family a very long time home. I too heard of the childhood tale of the Albino. However, it wasn't in the woods on the hill, it was in the storm drain down near what we referred to as "the frog pond". Goes to show how stories change over time. The land down the road used to be an indian reservation, and the land was developed to house workers from the local manufacturing industry. Naturally - dead end roads are creepy.

Someone left me a message saying that the man escaped from Allentown State and laid down on the tracks while a train was coming. Two cops were there to witness it. He was cut in half at the torso, but he was still alive and asked for a cigarette. I don't know if this is true.

I know for myself me & my boyfriend would always drive on Constitution Drive always at night and i have to say it is very scary...I always would leave him drive my 1974 Dodge Challenger, this is when i was in my 20's & i haven't been back there in many years....anyway's my boyfriend at the time use to always take me back there to scare the heck out of me about the Albino Man, what he woul do is stop in the middle of the road open up his side of the car door and i would be there screaming madly.

They're prob not familiar w people from PA -how they're prob the more honest than most .But we also know real ghosts coz PA is one of the earliest settled places in America. It's more likely to host more spirits with so much history and loss of life from all the early wars. If anyone doubts this, spend a night at the Gettysburg battlefield! You'll see probably 20 or more apparitions on any given night.

There is nothing on Constitution drive, I have lived on the road my entire life. I have walked in the woods at night and I explored it as a child.
Right when you were saying I don't think anyone lives here you drove past my best friend's house while growing up.
(It does go through by the way, there used to be a gate at the top, but someone stole the lock so it hasn't been locked for years.)

I walk that road at night and I find it very peaceful. It's all about your frame of mind. If you expect to see something you'll see it. If you expect to have a peaceful time while enjoying natures beauties, you'll experience that too.

As a kid, my friends and I covered every square inch of that area, on foot, for years. That entire area was our stomping ground. Then as teenagers, we normally drove through there at night, for kicks, trying to scare each other with supposed visions of someone up in the hillside. We used to have stories of the Albino Man that lived up in the hills, and kidnapped little kids. There is nothing up there, but trees and old junk scattered around.

I watched this video because I know some people that live in that area. The Dogs you see are being walked by a friend of mine. Just about everyday you will see someone walking those dogs because they live on Constitution Dr. They are a Black and white pitbull and a minature pincer. I can tell you that the images here are not ghosts. That aside, there are hauntings back there and at night you will see specters romaing. They are evil, demonic beings that can hurt you.

How old is the legend? Perhaps the legend came about from this guy being a semi-common sight from people driving through? It doesn't take much for teens to embelish a simple experience and give it a twist to make a nice story for their friends. J ust tossing out an idea. Certainly interesting the lack of motion that the man, and especially the dogs display. He doesn't appear to be watching your car, as one would expect if he was simply waiting for you to pass so that he could cross the road.

I have been there literally over 50 times. Never saw anything paranormal whatsoever. The creepy noises are from the huge train yard directly across the river. Me and 3 of my friends got stuck down there for about 7 hours one night. We were off roading and got stuck in a HUGE ditch with the Jeep. Some people won't even get out of the car down there and we were walkin around at night for hours.

I have been down this road several times, after the last time a few years ago i will NEVER go back!! I had never seen anything out of the ordinary except the last time, a guy jumped out of the woods in front of our car and then just disappeared, when we went down to turn around in the same spot she just did, we were chased by a bunch of "things", not sure if they were people or the albinos that are said to live there

My friend and I live near it and we used to ride bike over there all the time and never seen a thing! But what we have seen is the house in the middle and its kinda fuckin creepy man. We also seen the guy that lives in the house and we even rode bike with him too once. I still wouldn't trust him though! And the albino thing is bullshit so don't believe anybody about that, trust me!

@FelixZR1 I think it's creepy that a house is right there in the middle. I wouldn't trust going in there either.

Ok I live by there and it is by no means haunted. There is a guy that lives on that road and he owns dogs and frequently takes them for a walk there. Consty is a fun place to go 4-wheelin but not to catch ghosts.. sorry to burst everyones bubble. Also there are no albino's on that road and no ghosts hanging from a tree either so everyone in that area that has heard those other ghost stories.

I know what captured and felt in my other vid when I went there at night. The EVPS were clear when I played the video back. It's not a good spirit. It said 3x, "I COME FROM DARKNESS." I don't know what kids conjured up out there, but I am going to tell you to be careful. I don't want to hear that you had an accident out there. Trust me. I'm telling you the truth.

It's very intriguing and something I had to do. It is really eerie and at night it's worse. I did capture EVPS at night and the one said 3x in a row, "I come from darkness!" I was with 3 other people, but we all felt something at that moment. Someone in the back thought they heard something, but I didn't until the vid was played back. This man I really believe he is not real. I do think I conjured him up. He really didn't appear real. It looks like his face isn't there.

i went there with my friends tonight... fucking scary. my friend matt swears he saw glsowing red eyes in the woods and were pretty sure we saw body bags. heard odd noises and my friend mike says that every time hes there the train is there too... and it went slower than us!

Did you watch my vid when I went there at night? It sounds like a train braking the entire time and getting louder. That's weird that you mentioned about the train. I captured EVPS at night and on a vid. The one, "I come from darkness!" was freaky! OMG, body bags? That's too freaky. Did they get out of the car? I heard others saying they saw red eyes too.

@babygurl841986 Yes, I think it's used for freight trains. I think my dad worked this route before he retired. I can't ask him because he's deceased. It would be too freaky if the train that hit this man was the same train that my dad was working on.

Im glad you didnt add another ghost story to "Walking Purchase Park", about the guy whos walking his dog and got by a car, while some lady was driving around video taping in the daylight for ghosts

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the story about the bus-full of kids that was supposedly struck by a train there. I've been here more than a few times, ironically never during the day lol, and never saw or heard anything unusual. i felt strange being there of course, and always turned around at the train tracks. i was once there with someone who said he has seen an old bus's ruins somewhere up in the woods near the tracks, but I've never had the chance to look myself. but maybe you'd like to!

I never heard about that. That's horrible! When did that happen? I went back at night and went all the way to the other end which comes out at Fountain Hill. I did capture clear EVPS and a moving orb. We heard this train, so I thought. It didn't stop, however it sounded like it was braking so long and getting louder. Anyway, we all felt something at one spot and the one guy in the back said he thought he heard someone talking. What I captured 3x, "I come from darkness."

You were picking up on his presence. I went there at 10 p.m. one night too and videotaped it with clear EVPS. I didn't hear them at the time, but when I listened to the video, they were clear. "I come from darkness," "I'm not wet."

I used to smoke blunts (whilst skipping school) on Constitution Dr. I *never* saw anything out of the ordinary. I did hear stories of the albino family which supposedly lives back there...

The albino family is real.
I'm not sure if it was the son or whoever, but he used to run down the alley behind my old house ( we used to live on South Front Street). I'd say hi to him in passing, and he'd smile and wave. Either he was normal and friendly, or he was just glad I wasn't running him over with my rollerblades, I never knew for sure. But I'll take a stab in the dark and say he was nice.
