Ah yes, as far as I know, the Skoda is West Mercias as far as I know, but the BMW 3 series is deffinately West Midlands as they seem to like 'purpley brown' for their unmarked BMWs. The Unmarked Mondeos are probably West Midlands but West Mercia also have those colour Mondeos along with dark blue and silver.

Actually, I can remember seeing this in Bromsgrove all of the time, I haven't got any pictures of it whilst it was in servie though unfortunately, I've only pictures of VX55 AVR and VX54 AON, these were taken last year though so even these could be out of service now! They have the same light setup though, I presume they had all of the lights removed then you recieved the car?
@pez635 VX54AON has just been decommisioned, AVR is still on the fleet, call sign Tango Charlie 30, its on about 110,000 now. It will probably go soon as it is getting on. I used to drive AVR all the time, for my money it was the best of the Skodas that we had at Hindlip. Much prefer this shape VRS to the new ones, they certainly handle better and would easily crack 145mph.
