I want to change the background, but not a green or blue screen! I have read that I can do this with keylight! But how? I think it's a little difficult! But if someone knows, I'd like him/her to help me! Thnx!
Just wanted to confirm, if you have the 30-day trial, you don't get the free plugins. You need to register the product with a key then a popup will come up and start installing extra plugins.
i'm with arcanepath360 here, i have adobe after effects CS5, and theres no keylight anywhere there, unless i'm missing it. i have color difference key, color key, color range, difference matte, extract, inner/outer key, linear color key, luma key, and spill suppressor. that's all that appears under my effect>>keying panel, so unless they moved it somewhere else in CS5, i don't think i have it. anybody know how to get it though?
@RapidRetouch yeah i looked it up a little more, if you get the trial version it does not come with keylight. after you buy and register the program it and a few other third party plugins become available via a free update
OMG! Why are there 10 million tutorials on how great Keylight is, and nothing for a noob like me to tell me how to get this plug-in??? All I want is to install it. Please someone help me!
@RapidRetouch I beg to differ, I have the trial version of CS4 and have searched for it, even by typing "key light" and the effect is not there. I even installed an update, still no key light
I've been working with green screens for about a year now and one site that is a MUST to check out is Tubetape, you can search them on google or send me a message for a direct URL. Also find them here on YouTube as they are always doing contests.

@Andrafouskas I'd say you can use the eyedropper tool to pick any color to key out.

@renov93 Do you have the trial version too? If so, they might not bundle it with that because it's a third-party app.

Premiere Pro CS5 now has Ultra Key with edge refine that looks to be at least as functional as Keylight. Yay!
