  • mjhgfcjfkyfkmyfvkyfkyjhygtcdjtc yeeeeaah!!!!!!!!!!!

  • am i the only one getting a boner right now?

  • thats what you call pushing the limit of the human body!!

  • That is a lot of training and physical courage.

  • 3:26 The cameraman farts

  • and three years later he hammers the world of freediving reaching 101 m !!! , 1 more minute with the blue element

    awesome achievement

  • He's just announced an attempt at 100 meters in December!

  • Anyone know whats piece of music it is playing during th dive?

Oh and btw, he reached 95 meters april 2010 =)

  • @Knuspar

The song is "Seven Cities (Ambient Dub)" by Solar Stone

  • According to Wikipedia, he brokes his own record on April, 2010, going as depth as 92 meters (302 feet) in the blue hole.

  • looks like someone from star trek borrowed him that suit lol

  • I wonder what this guy did to increase his breathe hold for so long.

  • @KrigareavGud increasing your breath hold isn't too dificult... its the breath hold + swimming that gets you!

  • @python1996 And the more you move the more oxygen is transferred through blood, plus you can't think about being underwater because that affects your heart rate and the rate of oxygen pumped through.

  • The type of goggles he wears are called Liquid Goggles. He's doing w/o fins or a monofin!! At this free dive school, they also take Yoga from a master that practices it like it was originally intended--slowed down breathing. (the fins they usually wear are extremely long, like an Angel Fish's fins (I think that is probably the desired effect--imitating nature)

  • I like it. Tickles the imagination.

  • Great achievement!!

  • interesting video :]

  • damn nature! U scary! lol

  • there's more than one way to equalize the presure, if you practice them are more efective (at high dept are even more efective) than pinching your nose

  • how does he equalize without pinhing his nose?

  • Good question. I'm guessing that his mask around his nose is very tight so no air can get out. So he doesnt need to pinch his nose because the mask is doing it for him. Thats just a guess.

  • @darthtony123 wiggle your jaw, it opens the eustachian tubes.

  • menudo pescao , este si que sabe , nada como los peces

  • the blue hole is so awesome

  • he does that holding his breath???? holyshit

  • Me encanta ver tu videos! Eres increible!

Ami tambien me gusta volar en el fondo del mar

  • this video makes me think of the movie The Big Blue...

  • amazing. congratulation!

how does he clear his ears? and how is he able to equalize the mask in that depth? filling his mouth before the pressure locks respiratory tracts?

  • The song is Seven Cities by Solar Stone. Not sure what mix it is tho.

  • amazing

  • wow. outstanding!

  • forget superman, this guy is my new hero.

  • hi friends..

anyone know the name of the tekno tune? ( after the duduk one)

    ta

  • great!

  • Amazing.

  • congratulation mister william trubridge!

big smile in mind, body, soul

  • Truebridge must be half dolphin. C'mon and reclaim the record!!!!!

  • A truly inspiring video! For your info. music at the beginning and end is 'Duduk of the North' from the film Gladiator, music when he is diving is 'Seven Cities' by Solar Stone.

  • Wonderful...

  • he`s equalizing by moving his chin. absolutely phantastic video, perfect moves u/w, good music. can`t get enough of it..

    greetz from cat island

  • I understand he's equalizing, but don't you usually have to stay at a certain depth for a certain amount of time before going deeper? It seems to me that he just plummets straight down the entire time.

  • Obviously there is no need to stay at certain depths for certain times.

  • only when your scuba diving with compressed air to stop getting the bends. freedivers arent using compresed air which meens u cood dive as deep as u want and rise as fast as u want without getting any bends. its like dolphins and whales. they hold there breaths and plummet up and down depths.

  • Haven't been to Cat Island yet BlockN, been over it quite a few times. Are there any good blue holes or drop offs there? If so, roughly where?

    Thanks!

  • you dont need to equalise if you are free diving unlike squba diving this guy is something else and i thought i was part fish!

  • you DO need to equalize while freediving, but the methods can be different, with the help of air or without. I was wondering how the guy is equalizing the pressure in his masque!!! 82m is deep enough to squeeze one's face and eyes if not equalizing

  • How does he keep his ears from exploding?

  • he's equalising the pressure.

  • perfect video perfect music makes me wanna diving again

  • Perfect :0) Just beautiful to watch.

  • can anyone tell me what is the song title?

  • i also like to know what this song is, fits the video perfectly :)

  • Great vid, great music! But no fish..

  • incredible i need to visit long island some time soon

  • you can sink with your lungs thats pretty amazing.

  • Maximum respect mate! I've been to 61m on scuba and I thought that was deep! Incredible!

  • i wonder. @ taht depth.. do you think in terms of "meters".. like how many meters further down can i go..?? .. or wtf..?? :~/

  • that was incredible, i've been to deans (jumped off the cliff). I had to photoshop the diving stuff out of the middle of the hole for my pictures.

If you guys go back tell luke maillis that mike from SPFL said hey
