thanck you very much for uploading the musicvideo´s here. I love the eritrean music. And one day, I will come to beautiful asmara and spend my holiday´s there.
in my opinion over all talent.. the winner should have been Freselam (a young talent with very good voice!!)---surprised by the out come --some thing fishy!!this guys voice is not that impressive ,he just sings the 70`s style of Eritrean popular music .
Even though the jages are grat misicians in their on rights so do the females who's in the Eritrean misic busness. There are a lot of wonderful Eritrean musicians that can bring great ideas to the table.Abeba Haile is one of them Who writes and plays lid gitar in most of her songs.
I have some concern about what your comment.yes they are great musicians.I can go over Yemane Kidane studio work (who own's speedy studio in Asmara)and Yoal Zemen studio.
Zebib, sorry if I sounded like as if our women arties was not capable of judging, also like I stated earlier, I was not able to think of any women with the current judges accomplishments, thanks for reminding me of Abeba, she awesome
man the crowd look like they watching a execution=emotionless, but 4 real da dude's dancing should come with a warning sticker, he moves like he's constipated! he aight, but freselam mussie got this on lock....that kid is really good.
The Band is amazing ! When Teddy skipped the beat at around 05:45, the Band did a great job in helping him get back on board with less efforts.
All you people who want to be singers.... learn to play any musical instrument. Any basic knowledge of a musical instrument is an enormous help in understanding beats (tempo) that makes the lives of your Band so so so much easier ! A basic 3 months Piano lesson could make a huge difference in a music career.
Bravo Tedros! You get an A+ from me just for singing Abraham's song, and you did it so well!
BTW, how come we don't have women judges on the panel? It would be nice to hear comments from Helen Meles and/or Elsa Kidane, at least as guest judges.
It could be for we may not have women in the position to judge to the same scale as current judges are. I am not sure if we have any women music producer in Eritrea yet. All the judges we see today in Shingrwa, (Barnabas, Yoal and Yemane) are producers, writers, musicians and own studios, read the labels on the Tigrigna Cd's, most the music we hear today is recorded in one of their studios, ex. Taniqo's CD is recorded in Admas Studios which is own by Yoal and his family (judge on the center)
I am not saying it is a bad idea to have women judges but, most of our women don't even write their own lyrics. However, Helen and Elsa are amongst my favorite singers. But right now I am in love with HEAVEN and ADRIAN, I can't wait to hear more from them. They remind me of my childhood. Playing in May Temenay with my siblings and friend, the good old days
Could it be for they all have lived outside Eritrea, Yemane on the left is from Canada, Yoal Center, in from Germany, and Barnabas right is from Sweden, so I honestly don't believe they are doing it deliberately, it is just something that happens when people have different languages in their head.
ya the judge is little bit arrogant! and he is trying to be simon of eritrea1 i gave the judge failing mark on this one1 over all though ere tv is doing a wonderful job. the progress is very visible and measurable1 This is a sign of the leadership of minister Abdu. His cooperation with giant Arab media is registering sings of achievement! bravo minister ali
How, on earth, could he rate ABRAHAM AFEWERKI's outstanding work of possessing an obvious mistake? OR ELSE he would have explicitly spotted where the mistake is.
It means "kokeb tsebah" in hidareb, one of Eritrea's nine languages and ethnic groups. "Tomorrow's" star will be in a direct translation. Hope that helps!!
Good job!

Tedro, it a good choce of song. But I don't like your moves have nothing to do with lyrics or the music. I hope you work on that.
But it is really a great song.

y r those people always trying so hard to speak broken Tigrinya? You judge should be good role models...'freestyle' 'nice' routine ' ....
We don't have those words in Tigrinya or what ????
