  • Which Airline? Blue1 or KLM or what???

  • @MrIssues2 Regional Airlines (a subsidiary of Air France), with their now retired Saab 2000.

  • what a short takeoff roll

  • lol, the approach angle seems a bit steep :| were they a bit too high?

  • @watthehell1023 The approach angle at this airport is 5.5 degrees instead of the usual 3 degrees in most larger airports. It is a STOLport (Short Take Off and Landing).

  • fokker 50?

  • @CurlyBlakey Saab 2000

  • When was this video taken? I thought the RWY's at LC were now 09/27?

  • @alex2mitch A few years ago. You now have a taxiway on the eastern threshold, south of the runway, used as a holding point to reduce delays as several aircraft can now backtrack and then hold while others are lining up or on the approach.

  • @golfcharlie232 I know :) K,L,M are the holds used to reduce delays so they can backtrack 3 at anyone time, something EGHD could do with to be honest. Very good idea and very effective. Oh and just realised it must have been taken a while back as the eastern apron isn't there nor HP D.

  • seems like the plane is light...

  • I love this airport on the sim. I need to get back over there.

  • @KevishScot Regular flight. I put it in the wrong order but that made more sence to me. Landing was first, then take-off back home ...
