Most people in the States are very conditioned by the media. Comparing white's atractiveness with black's atractiveness is like comparing Microsoft to Apple, It doesn't matter how messed up Microsoft is they dominate. This is a white country, dominated by white people. Non-whites have the pressure and desire to assimilate and achieve, which may lead them to dating white people. Plus, their "hotness" normally is the result of having like caucasian features not because of what they get from the other race.
