I know how to get an impossible hero get high spirit and have the three healer aura skills. devotion balance of force and divine help. spirit is a good thing if you max that out have 100 in a weaponry mastery high str and high dex use a katana and have it's special at full for emergencies. have throwing weapons mastered and have horses like them in west like the horses you can buy in veil with 800 hitpoints. Have 30 of those and go in a battle and use your aura skills and you'll not lose troops.
you need to level up. When you level up then you get points. You can see the points by going to a town and opening up the skills section then the number of free points are right under the spirit section.

becouse you need hawe nev level for evry 2 levels you can take 2 str, DEX and other

If you are playing on easy you dont need to worry about that message. If you are playing on medium you can just have like 30 ppl in your army.
