Is the ROAM act in the Senate now? I know S727 was sitting in the Senate, a little different bill, I don't think it has passed yet...have to start all over with new congress??

The Pryor roundup gather is still scheduled for Tuesday, Sept 1. These frenzied rampage gathers are before congress reconvenes to vote on the ROAM Act - many many horses have already been removed since mid July.
Hundreds of horses and many herds -THEY ARE GONE from thier free ranges in just 2 short months- but could they still be returned?
With a budget crises to care for 30,000already in captivity what do you think is going to happen to these recently gathered horses? ACT NOW!!!!!!!!

He has a few bottom teeth in now. his top front teeth are gone but he has a few years before he's old enough to get adult teeth. So all apples & carrots get cut-up small. But it doesn't seem to stop him from trying to graze. He's happy in the pasture.
