@healthyandyoung You need to have an adequate amount of calories to keep fueling your body. A protein shake is decent (normally run round 300 calories I think) but it's not enough. You need to eat real meals and you need to eat throughout the day. Depending on your starting weight you should be eating a MINIMUM of 2,500 calories a day and about .75 g of protein for each pound you weigh. It varies on your current weight and your goal but 2,500 calories and .75g per pound is a good start I'd say.

@a68593 You must be eating a shit ton too many calories bro. I'm a mesomorph as well and i dropped from 14% to 6.3% in 3 months. I get around 150-160g of protein, and 140-150g of carbohydrates each day. Also around 2,250-2400 calories. Also I eat 6 small meals a day.
16% is a little high. Brown rice is better than white for you, just like whole wheat bread is way better for you than white bread. Get your carbs from oatmeal and banana's I would suggest.
